This Privacy Policy explains how Funeasy Soft, Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the mobile and web application Everyone's Vertical Calendar (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: an account code and authentication credentials used to sign in and to share calendars.
• Calendar content you create: schedules, items, notes, and related data you enter in the App.
• Google Calendar data (only if you connect it): see Section 3.
• Device and usage information: app version, device type, language, time zone, and diagnostic logs used to operate and improve the App.
• Purchase information: subscription/purchase status processed through our payment provider (RevenueCat / the app stores). We do not receive or store your credit-card number.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the App's calendar and sharing features.
• To synchronize events between the App and Google Calendar when you enable that feature.
• To send you notifications you have requested.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Google Calendar Integration

If, and only if, you choose to connect a Google Calendar, the App requests your permission to access it and synchronizes events between the selected Google Calendar and a calendar item in the App, in both directions.

• Data accessed: events in the Google calendar you select (date, start/end time, and title), and the list of your calendars — shown only so you can choose which calendar to connect.
• Scopes used: calendar.events (to read and write events in the calendar you select) and calendar.calendarlist.readonly (to display your calendar list during setup).
• Purpose: we use this data solely to synchronize events between the App and your Google Calendar. We do not use it for any other purpose.
• Storage: the data needed for synchronization and the access token are stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and are encrypted at rest.
• No sale, no ads, no human access: we do not sell or transfer this data to third parties and do not use it for advertising. Humans do not read this data, except as necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, with your explicit consent, or in aggregated/anonymized form.

4. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We use the following service providers to operate the App; they process data only on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging) — Google LLC.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
• Google AdMob — advertising in the free version of the App.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• You can disconnect a Google Calendar at any time from within the App. After disconnection, we stop using the associated Google data.
• When you delete your account, the Google access tokens we stored are revoked and the associated data is deleted.
• You may also revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. International Transfer

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country, including via the services listed in Section 4.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
