This Privacy Policy explains how Funeasy Soft, Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the mobile and web application Everyone's Vertical Calendar (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: an account code and authentication credentials used to sign in and to share calendars.
Calendar content you create: schedules, items, notes, and related data you enter in the App.
Google Calendar data (only if you connect it): see Section 3.
Device and usage information: app version, device type, language, time zone, and diagnostic logs used to operate and improve the App.
Purchase information: subscription/purchase status processed through our payment provider (RevenueCat / the app stores). We do not receive or store your credit-card number.
AI connection (API) information (only if a member of your calendar issues an API key): see Section 5.
Support inquiries: the content of any email you send to our support address, including attachments such as screenshots, and our correspondence with you.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the App's calendar and sharing features.
To synchronize events between the App and Google Calendar when you enable that feature.
To send you notifications you have requested.
To let you read and update your calendar from an AI service or tool you connect, when you issue an API key (Section 5).
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Google Calendar Integration

If, and only if, you choose to connect a Google Calendar, the App requests your permission to access it and synchronizes events between the selected Google Calendar and a calendar item in the App, in both directions.

Data accessed: events in the Google calendar you select (date, start/end time, and title), and the list of your calendars — shown only so you can choose which calendar to connect.
Scopes used: calendar.events (to read and write events in the calendar you select) and calendar.calendarlist.readonly (to display your calendar list during setup).
Purpose: we use this data solely to synchronize events between the App and your Google Calendar. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Storage: the data needed for synchronization and the access token are stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and are encrypted at rest.
No sale, no ads, no human access: we do not sell or transfer this data to third parties and do not use it for advertising. Humans do not read this data, except as necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, with your explicit consent, or in aggregated/anonymized form.

Everyone's Vertical Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information. We use the following service providers to operate the App; they process data only on our behalf:

Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, messaging) — Google LLC.
Google Cloud Run — hosting of the API and AI connection server (Section 5) — Google LLC.
RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
Google AdMob — advertising in the free version of the App.
Anthropic — AI-assisted drafting of replies to support inquiries. When you contact us at our support address, the content of your message, including attachments, may be processed by Anthropic's Claude service to prepare a draft reply. Every draft is reviewed, and edited where necessary, by a person before any reply is sent to you. We have disabled the use of this data for AI model training.

We do not send data obtained through the Google Calendar integration described in Section 3 to any AI service, including the support-reply service above and any AI service connected through the API described in Section 5.

5. AI Connections (API)

Administrators and editors of a calendar on the Pro or Business plan may issue an API key and connect it to an AI service of their choice (for example, ChatGPT by OpenAI, including through our ChatGPT plugin, or Claude by Anthropic) or to a tool such as iOS Shortcuts. This feature is used only if a member of the calendar chooses to set it up.

What is shared: at the direction of the person who connected it, the App sends the connected service the calendar's items and schedules (date, time, title, notes and colors), the names and sizes of attachments, and, when requested, a temporary download link to an attachment that expires after 15 minutes. The connected service may also add, change, or delete schedules.
Content from other members: because an API key can read the whole calendar, schedules entered by other members of the shared calendar are also sent. All members are notified when a key is requested, becomes active, is stopped, or is revoked, and the key list is visible to all members. Any administrator can revoke a key at any time.
The connected service is not our service provider: it is chosen by the person who connects it and processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control how it stores or uses the data, including whether it is used to train AI models. Please check the settings of the service you connect.
Google Calendar data is never shared: items that receive events from Google Calendar (two-way, or Google to App) are excluded from the API, and events imported from Google Calendar are never sent through the API, even after the connection is changed or removed. If an item is set to send events from the App to Google Calendar only, schedules added through the API are sent to that Google Calendar as part of the synchronization you set up.
What we record: for each key, its label, status, the person who requested it and the display name they entered, their time zone, when it was requested, activated, revoked and last used, and the number of calls made each day (used to apply and show the usage limits). Changes made through the API appear in the calendar's edit history with the key's label and the requester's display name. We keep logs of API requests (time, key, operation and result) for up to 30 days for security and to prevent abuse.
Key security: the key itself is shown only once, to the person who requested it, and we store only a hash of it. Access tokens issued to a connected AI service are tied to the key and stop working when the key is revoked, stopped, or expires. A key that is not used for 90 days expires automatically.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect a Google Calendar at any time from within the App. After disconnection, we stop using the associated Google data.
When you delete your account, the Google access tokens we stored are revoked and the associated data is deleted.
You may also revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Revoking an API key stops all access through it immediately. The key record and the related edit history remain with the calendar so that members can see what happened; they are deleted when the calendar is deleted.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in your country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. International Transfer

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country, including via the services listed in Section 4.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
